高新技术企业公司生产镁质不定形耐材、轻烧镁球、石墨碳球、改质剂、浇注料、可塑料、捣打料、喷射料、投射料、涂抹料各种补炉料等。本项目年产球状不定形产品10万吨。

企业用地4100平方米厂房。生产设备颚式破碎机3台，雷蒙机2台，混碾机8台，压密机3台，压球机3台，捶打机3台，配料机3台，除尘设备6套等配套设施。总投资1500万元。设备技术先进、生产效率高、安全可靠、节能环保，设备的配置数量根据生产能力和产品方案进行确定。产品从原材料入厂到产品出厂实行严格的质量、计量管理所需设备均由国内采购或非标自做，完全可以满足生产工艺要求。

转炉炉衬工作在高温、高氧化性条件下，通常以0.2-0.8MM/炉的速度被腐蚀。溅渣护炉是近年来开发的一项提高炉龄的新技术。该技术在美国、加拿大、英国、日本等发达国家相继投入试验和应用。

  Dashiqiao Yingqun refractory Co., Ltd. is located in jiangnantun village, Boluopu Town, Dashiqiao City, the capital of magnesium, China. It is 5km away from national highway 202, 20km away from Shenyang Dalian Expressway, 56km away from Bayuquan port, 28km away from Yingkou Lanqi airport, 160km away from Shenyang Taoxian Airport and 230km away from Dalian port. The external transportation conditions are very convenient.

  The high-tech enterprise company produces magnesium amorphous refractory, light burned magnesium ball, graphite carbon ball, modifier, castable, plastic, ramming material, spraying material, projection material, coating material and various furnace filling materials. The project has an annual output of 100000 tons of spherical amorphous products.

  The enterprise has 4100 square meters of plant land. Production equipment: 3 jaw crushers, 2 Raymond machines, 8 mixer mills, 3 compactors, 3 ball presses, 3 hammers, 3 batching machines, 6 sets of dust removal equipment and other supporting facilities. The total investment is 15 million yuan. The equipment has advanced technology, high production efficiency, safety and reliability, energy conservation and environmental protection. The configuration quantity of the equipment is determined according to the production capacity and product scheme. Strict quality and measurement management is implemented for products from raw materials entering the factory to products leaving the factory. The required equipment is purchased domestically or made by non-standard, which can fully meet the production process requirements.

  The converter lining works under high temperature and high oxidation conditions, and is usually corroded at the rate of 0.2-0.8mm/furnace. Slag splashing is a new technology developed in recent years to improve furnace life.
